VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
“Play and Learn” Family Drop-In Playroom Assistant
Opportunities are available for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to assist playroom staff in our busy “Play and Learn” Parent / Caregiver and Child Drop-In. Volunteers are needed from 9:15 am until 12:15 pm, Monday to Friday, and 12:45pm to 4:45pm on Wednesdays.
Applicants should have good interpersonal and oral communication skills and enjoy young children. Experience working with young children is preferred, but not essential. Our members come from far and wide, so a second language is definitely an asset. Ongoing training will be provided by playroom staff.
