Birthday Rentals

Book your child’s next birthday party at West Side Family Place!
With both an indoor and outdoor play space, it’s the best place for any weather condition!

Rentals are available (for children ages 0 to 6 years old):

Saturdays and Sundays

Time Slots: 10:00am to 2:00pm or 2:30pm to 6:30pm

Cost: $175 (members) | $225 (non-members)

Damage Deposit: $100

Rentals include:

Access to our entire facility: kitchen, dining room, living room, indoor playroom with toys, dress-up area and play kitchen, and outdoor enclosed playground with toys and sandpit.

Rental requirements:

Renters are responsible for clean-up and taking garbage home (WSFP only has residential garbage allowance). Renters are also responsible for providing their own party supplies: arts and crafts, food, drink, cutlery, etc. (some tables and chairs are available upon request). Please advise that staff are not on site during rentals and renters are provided with emergency numbers.

Cancellation policy:

Two weeks of notice are required to re-book or to receive a full refund and cancellation (refunds will not be given if cancellation is within two weeks).
