Photo Release and Permission

Upon attending West Side Family Place programs, you may be asked for photo consent.

When consent is given for photos to be taken during programming,  permission is given to West Side Family Place to use photographs of attendees in its fundraising, educational, and promotional materials. Photographs may be used in a publication, electronic media (e.g. webpage, social media,  brochure, or other forms.) The aforementioned society, its photographer(s), employees, and designees  are released from liability for any violation of any persona or proprietary right in connection with such use.

Consent must be given by the attendee who is 18 years of age or older and/or the parent of the child/ren in the photograph.
